Due to the current Covid-19 situation most of the european countries to close their borders for foreigner travellers. Now the situation is under control in most of the european continent. A lot of countries are re-opening their borders for travellers from other countries from mid of June and some of them already opened the borders. Norway followed the same policy but now when it is about reopening the borders, they are not giving any appropriate statement. Besides that they are even extending the period of border control. This whole crisis has lead to a problem for families who want to visit their beloved ones in Norway from rest of the Europe. Peolple have important work to do. We do understand their safety measures but what we do not understand why are they not allowing european travellers from those countries to enter in Norway, where the epidemic/pandemic is under control. This whole crisis can lead to total collapse of travel industry. We want the Norwegian goverent to atleast ease the travel ban for countries who have the situation under control and can aasure safety from their side e.g Germany, Denmark, Finland, Island etc. Travellers with valid reasons should be atleast allowed to enter. Upon entry they should provide all their contact details so that the goverment has all the informations. This can be done online aswell.
